Appointment Scheduling

The massage therapy at CU Healing Arts is scheduled by appointment only. Contact Chuck anytime to discuss your needs and reserve your spot using Visa, MasterCard, or any major credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify the office, by phone, at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. There is a 100% cancellation fee for missed appointments without notification. Exceptions are made for illnesses. Clients are not required to pay a cancellation fee with a valid medical note.

Late Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, Chuck will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, he is unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.

First Appointments

Your first appointment may require an extended session if you have a complex health history and consult regarding your condition.

Illness and Health Concerns

Kindly let Chuck know of any health conditions, allergies, and/or other concerns you may have before treatment. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, he respectfully requests that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, or other infectious symptoms. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients.
